Hear For You provides mentoring programs, workshops and a community for deaf teenagers to pick up new skills and strategies, find mentors and also have a good time.

The Requirment

Hear For You had a website built on WordPress and hosted on a shared server.

WEBSITE SUPPORT

We worked on their website support for them that includes services like speed maintenance and troubleshooting.

The site speed was slow and the site was not optimised and better hosting was required to improve site performance and to cope with greater traffic volumes.

A number of new pages were required along with increased user functionality.

FACEBOOK ADVERTISEMENT

We also worked with them in running FB campaigns with multiple objectives:

increase brand awareness – page engagement + website traffic
increase visitors to website – enquiries, download brochure and read blog posts

The first step was to complete a full Performance Audit of the website with improvement recommendations covering:

As a result of the audit, we identified a number of priority areas that we went ahead and addressed.

We then moved the website to improved hosting and put in place a regular maintenance and security monitoring program.

To reach more audiences, we designed ad creatives and copy, identified target audiences, tested campaigns and ads on different audience – both cold and warm audiences.

We tried different approach and graphic formats to know which works best in gaining audience reach and engagement.
