The Requirment
Cindy Luken Founder lük beautifood had created a range of beauty products which she wanted to start selling online eCommerce store. Cindy didn’t want the website to look like a typical eCommerce website because she not only sells natural beauty products, she also educates women about the beauty of food and its importance in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
It was also important to Cindy that the backend workflows integrated with some of the key systems already in use including a CRM and Inventory systems and Shipping software.
Their Shopify store needs page development for campaigns and promos all throughout the year.
Our Solution
We work closely with Cindy’s designer, to create a beautiful website that enables the sale of products and also features a vast amount of information and recipes. We make sure that the backend systems are integrated so that order processing and despatch, customer service and inventory management are automated as much as possible.
We also help manage the paid advertising, email marketing and social media accounts, including content creation and we manage the Influencer Programme which is integrated with backend systems and workflows.
